Junior competitions are a perfect way to improve players development while they put what they learn in practice to real match play
BRTC - SUMMER Junior Pennant 2020/2021
Saturday BRTC Club Juniors:
Commencing Saturday, Oct 17th, 2020
Players must be a Junior or Family member of the BRTC to play out this venue.
The competition is Term 4 & Term 1 combined with semi-finals and the Grand Finals at the end of the competition. All games are played at BRTC.
Competition Format:

each match on Saturday consists of 4 sets of singles and 2 sets of doubles per team.

each player playing 2 matches for the day - one 6 game singles and on 6 game doubles
Season Format:
Comm. Saturday 17th October 2020, Grand Finals on Saturday 27th March 2020
Age Groups (Age as at 31/12/2020)
8:30am - 10:40am
13&U Section 1 Boys
18&U Section 1 Girls
18&U Section 1 Boys
10:40am - 12:40am
14&U Section 2 Boys
13&U Section 2 Girls
1:00pm - 3:00pm
18&U Section 2 Mixed singles & doubles
Fees:
BRTC Club Junior Membership Fee $120 (This gives 12 months cover from October) Plus Team Comp Fee per junior player + $110 = $230 TOTAL

Family Membership Fee $450 (cover 2 adults + 3 children - 21 & U) Plus Team Competition Fee per junior player of $110
(Competition Fee helps to cover the cost, admin, tennis balls, court hire, trophies etc.)
Monday 4 pm - 5 pm Competition
Date to be confirmed (probably term 1)
Competition Format: Each player plays a 10 game singles set, tiebreak at 9 all
Standard: Intermediate to Advanced
Cost: $135 per non- member & $115 BRTC Member
Venue: all games at BRTC
Tuesday 4pm - 5pm Competition
Commencing Date to be confirmed (probably term 1)
This Competition is Term 4 & Term 1 combined with the top 2 in each section playing off on the last week of the competition.
Competition Format: Each player plays a 8 game singles set, tiebreak at 7 all
Standard: Development to Advanced
Cost: $135 per non- member & $115 BRTC Member
Venue: all games at BRTC
