Hot Shots Tennis programs are designed for every child at every age and ability.

BRTC Junior Tennis Hot Shots

The BRTC Junior Hot Shots Pathway offers a clear and exciting development journey for junior players. Designed around Tennis Australia's Hot Shots program, each stage helps children build fundamental skills, develop a love for the game and progress confidently towards competitive tennis.

🔵 Blue Ball Hot Shots (Ages 3–5)

A fun introduction to tennis for our youngest players. Through games and activities, children develop balance, coordination, movement skills and basic tennis techniques in a positive and engaging environment.

🔴 Red Ball Hot Shots (Ages 5–8)

Perfect for beginners, Red Ball introduces the fundamentals of tennis using modified courts, low-compression balls and smaller racquets. Players develop rallying, serving, movement and confidence while having fun.

🟠 Orange Ball Hot Shots (Ages 8–10)

Designed for players ready to build consistency and confidence. Sessions focus on stroke development, rallying, serving, footwork and introducing match play in a supportive learning environment.

🟢 Green Ball Development (Ages 10+)

For players progressing towards full-court tennis. Green Ball develops stronger technical skills, tactical awareness, movement and consistency while preparing players for competition.

🟡 Yellow Ball Program (Ages 12+)

Played on a full-sized court with standard tennis balls, Yellow Ball is for players looking to improve technique, tactical understanding and match play while preparing for advanced squads and competition.

Advanced Junior Squad

Our highest-level junior training program for committed players looking to maximise their potential. Sessions focus on high-performance drills, tactical development, fitness, mental skills and competitive match play.
